Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping at DailyRSCL. Please note that we operate on a pre-order basis. This means items are produced or ordered specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed.

1. Processing & Production Times

Because our items are made-to-order or imported, please account for the following production lead times before your order is handed over to bpost:

  • Stickers (Pre-order): Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and arrival at our office.

  • Shirts (Import): Our shirts are sourced from the United States. Please allow 1–2 weeks for these to arrive at our facility.

Note: If your order contains both stickers and shirts, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

2. Shipping via bpost

Once your pre-order items have arrived at our facility and passed quality control, they will be shipped via bpost. You will receive a notification with a tracking code at that time.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is scanned by bpost, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery on the bpost tracking portal.

4. Customs & Import Fees

  • For the customer: Motion Media handles the import process from the USA for shirts. However, for customers located outside of the EU, you remain responsible for any local customs duties or taxes applied by your specific country upon delivery.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet the timelines mentioned above, international shipping (especially for shirts coming from America) can occasionally be delayed by customs or logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
